Re-design of a Shopify site and transfer to Squarespace e-commerce with a completely new, fresh look in the client’s previous colours: home, about, shop, contact and legal pages.
This website was built for a 15 year-old friend who is aiming her products at professional Mums and solo Dads. We included images of mums and dads interacting lovingly with daughters, and kept the colours feminine but not so “pink” as to make professional Dads sitting in sleek city offices while browsing the site feel uncomfortable ! Whilst the products for sale are period packs for girls, in actual fact what she is really selling is security, confidence, knowledge and empowerment. The choice of images therefore conveys confidence and freedom, and the loving relationship between Dads/Mums/caregivers and daughters.
